About Franck
Franck owns properties in 5 countries and has always been on a quest for high ROI and the increase in property value, whether through flipping or long-term holding—both of which were essential to his investment strategy. After traveling to 15 countries, including Portugal, Spain, Bali, and Dubai, he found himself restricted by high property prices and complicated legal systems that made achieving his financial goals difficult.
Determined to find better opportunities, Franck shifted his focus to emerging markets with strong growth potential. His search led him to Bulgaria, a market benefiting from the upcoming euro adoption. However, after further evaluation, he realized it wasn’t the right fit. That’s when Albania caught his eye—affordable properties, untapped potential, and promising developments like the Vlora International Airport, the Trump 1 billion dollar investment, and the Vlora Marina Yacht Port with 400 yacht places. These projects, combined with Albania’s projected EU membership within this decade, convinced Franck that Albania was the ideal destination for investment.
In 2023, Franck made his first investments in Albania, purchasing two properties for short-term rentals. With a remarkable 20-23% ROI and property values tripling within a year, the returns exceeded his expectations. By 2024, Franck expanded his portfolio with another property, in the process of to acquiring three more by early 2025. His ultimate goal is to reach 30 properties by 2030 in Albania.
